SleepFeatBlue Light could be at the root of your sleep problems

Most people that are dealing with sleep deprivation aren’t aware that light could be at the root of their problem. Research shows that blue light waves, emitted from the majority of light bulbs, decrease our body’s capabilities for sleeping at night by preventing us from secreting the proper hormones like melatonin.  We used this knowledge to develop LED lighting that reduces  the emission of blue light and helps us sleep at night.  Conversely, we have also created an enhanced blue light wave spectrum in lights that can help boost energy and alertness during the day.

Our Recommendation

  • If you are listed in the 8 – 15 range, odds are you just need a boost. We recommend using our GoodDay® light bulbs in your office and work areas. They will help enhance your body’s natural alertness.
  • If you are in the 16-23 range we recommend our GoodNight® Light bulbs in your living room and bedroom. These LED bulbs promote the natural production of melatonin, helping you to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
